What Are the Best Things to Do on Disney's Main Street?

When you think of the Magic Kingdom you probably picture Cinderella Castle and the park's iconic Main Street, U.S.A. This section of Magic Kingdom takes you back to the heart of America. Here you can board a vintage-style fire engine, omnibus or horse-drawn trolley for a one-way ride to other areas of the park. As you ride through Main Street, U.S.A. you will experience a pleasant journey through historic America. You can also opt for Walt Disney World Railroad, and ride on an antique steam-powered train, which takes you on a 20-minute scenic tour around the theme park. For those who want to stay for a while and experience Main Street, U.S.A. on foot, there is plenty to see while you are here.

The first thing you'll see upon arriving at Main Street, U.S.A. is the Town Square, which even features a City Hall (that is also the park's Guest Services). Be sure to stop at Guest Services if you have any questions regarding the theme park or any special assistance you may need. After you feel well informed, it's time to explore.

And at night after you've made your rounds at the park, Main Street, U.S.A. is where you can experience Wishes Nighttime Spectacular, a beautiful fireworks display that is actually the biggest and brightest one in Magic Kingdom's park history. Town Square is home to the Exposition Hall where you can visit a mini-museum highlighting the motion picture industry and take photos.
